GoInside Grup SRL ("Habanero"), with address in Bucharest, Sector 6, owns and operates the habanero.ro website and may operate other websites.
Habanero's policy is to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect during your use of our websites.
This document is part of Habanero's terms and conditions of use.

Types of data collected

Like most website operators, Habanero collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor visit.
Habanero's goal in collecting non-personally-identifying information is to better understand how Habanero's visitors use its website, track traffic, and fix certain bugs.
Habanero may periodically release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website in the form of statistics.

Aggregate statistics

Habanero collects statistics about visitor behavior on its websites using the data collection and measurement tools, Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics.
Habanero may display this information publicly or provide it to third parties. However, Habanero will not disclose information other than as described below.

How long do we keep your data?

Information provided through site-specific contact tools will be retained for six months and analytics records for 14 months.
When you post a comment on the Habanero site, the comment and its metadata will be retained indefinitely. Visitor comments may be checked by an automated spam detection service or may be moderated and then deleted, along with the commenter's identifying information, if they are irrelevant to the subject matter or use offensive language.

Protection of personal information

Habanero may disclose personally identifiable information to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (1) are required to perform certain services on Habanero's behalf, such as data processing, and (2) have agreed not to disclose such information. Certain employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Habanero's website, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.

If you send us a request (e.g. by email or through any of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to make it public to help us clarify or respond to your request.
If you have sent a message or left comments on this website, you can always request an export file with the personal data we hold about you. You may also request deletion of this data, but not including data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Habanero will take all reasonable steps necessary to protect against unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of personally identifiable or personal information.

Transfers of responsibility

If Habanero or all of its assets have been acquired or in the unlikely event that Habanero will cease operations the firm that manages the site goes bankrupt, information about its users will be one of the assets transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any new owner of Habanero may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
